    Default Silver Sparkle Jigs

Anyone think I should use less glitter or is this about right. It's hard to see in this picture, but the entire silver in the body is glitter inside and can not be felt as these are made like I make my Glow jigs. Next is to try to get a good Gold sparkle. I cant wait to try these out this spring in the bright sun.

Oh and I know the texture looks kind of rough, but it is not at all.

They look pretty good. Can you paint the head colors? If you can, I might have to order a half dozen or so pink/silver/pink 1/32nd oz. jigs on a #6 hook. The pink/silver color has been very effective for me for as long as I've been fishing. I remember many years ago using a Panther Martin that was pink and silver and doing very well with it.

Yes the head can be any color and I have done some in pink that I put in my gift box's that were sold. I just had the silver painted heads sitting there and make them on the silver heads.

Also this body if tough like my Glow Jigs and not like soft plastic that will get destroyed by the fish. It would take a knife to cut this off, but still pliable enough to feel soft to some extent. You can push your finger nail in to feel it give.

I have seen them before and they look pretty. However they are made using soft plastic and is completely different than mine. My body would not come off unless you took a sharp knife to it. Once I mix it up the amount of glitter is set until I make more. I am trying for a pretty much solid silver shinny in the sun thing and this will do that. When I say less, I didn't mean by a lot, just enough to have a few spaces between the glitter.

Actually I can't wait to try them on a sunny day!
