I would have ordered 4 if I had seen this in the am. But order if filled and on the way.
My luck.

Cabela's has the zebco slab seeker combos on sale for 12.88. I just ordered 4 more. I love these for night fishing, and just pitching a jig. here's the link. http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/te...59&hasJS=true:

Looks like a good deal. Did yall read any of the reviews? After reading them, you have to question the craftsmanship of the reels. Any of you have your own reviews of them?
You can't fish with a hung line!
I wrote a review on them a wile back, but for some strange reason they
never posted it. ha ha... All I said was they are JUNK!!
The rod was ok but the reels were not so good. But what do you expect for
$13.00
Tip if you get hung up on the bottom wrap the line around the rod handle to pull free or you will ruin the reel.( plastic line pin, gears, and reel handle.)

know thats a good tip for any reel. Never would have thought of that one. Wonder if Bass Pro has these?? I'm just about 5 miles from the store.

This combo would probably be good for children learning to crappie fish...It wouldn't be a big lose if one accidently broke or tossed over board from all the excitement kids have when catching fish.......being able to get to the biting depth for them and keeping it there sounds like laughs and giggles to me........... ........
