1. Keep only the crappie you will eat and DO NOT exceed the Lake's Daily Limits.
2. After you get your limit just do "Catch and Release" fishing.
3. Properly dispose of your trash, old line, and bait containers etc.
4. Respect other fisherman's rights to whatever lake area they are fishing.
5. Respect property owners rights and property.
6. Support local conservation efforts
7. Do not release baitfish or aquatic plants into public waters.
8. Share your knowledge and teach someone how to Crappie fish.
9. Try and tie a basic hair jig. Understand and apply the basic knowledge that hair jigs do work and work well!
10. Take your wife or significent other fishing with you. (You can stay out longer and go out more often....especially if they catch some fish) :D :D :D :D

Well said, but I don't think anyone is gettin my wife in my boat. 5 times or less in 27 yrs. She's kinda one way about it. At least she doesn't make me turn my phone off by callin too much!
Creativity is just intelligence fooling around
Here's another one for me:
*. Don't try to supply your entire neighborhood with crappie filets to put in the freezer. Toss them back in if you can't use them.
One other is Leave with more trash than you came out with. In another words if you see a little trash it wont hurt to do your part in picking it up especially if you are fishing on private property where someone has given you permission to fish.
