Who knows? The Phillips might have been $50 at one time too. You traded back in what would now cost $90 for another brand that costs $90. If it's the store I think it is, they aint gonna loose anything.
In Nov I purchessed a portable DVD player for KKtPFP from a very large retailer, I wont tell Y'all who, but you know who it is! The DVD player turned out to be a peice of crap, back it goes. When we get there they have the same player for $90 and change I paid $50 and change for the original. We went back to electronics and found a nice Phillips w/ remote, a car adapter, and a house charger for $90 and change. We took the new 1 up to the service desk and took care of business. the price differance i had to pay between the $50 unit and the $90 unit was 11 cents. Was i dishonest or just lucky. Before you make your decision, keep in mind the ma and pa stores that have went down and the crappy fishing ilse and the fact that most of the stuff u get there is substandard, not to mention Cane Poles problem with the hockey tickets (toilet paper).
I must admit I feel that justice has been served

The "Feel-right Rule" should apply. Do what your conscience tells you.
Very well said Mike. The older I get the more it governs my life. On Ebay if things don't look right. And you know something wrong. I have no problem asking the seller to E/M a copy of a receipt of shipping statement to verify he has it legally. If things are ok they have no problem with that. Other wise it's no different then buying it out of the trunk in a parking lot...

With you asking the question, I think you have already answered it yourself. Just my two cents.
John 3:3 ... Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
They raised the price I had no controll over that, which brings me to my point, all i really did is exchange 1 item for another. Do I feel bad, NOPE, I have seen this company do alot of things to alot of people and I cant really say that I can respect their way of doing business. After all i should know I worked at the home office for 11 years.
Not tryin to start controversy here just wanted to illastrate a point
