Posting pictures

Is there a way to post pictures from my PC to the message board? Tierd of busting my head against the wall with not results.

Do a search for posting pictures. There are better instructions than I can give. I use photobucket.com to host my pictures.

I have pictures saved in my documents/ my pictures, I click on manage attachments below, then browse and find the picture in the my pictures file.
then click upload and below is the result.
