    Default Condos/Stake beds

Thats simple, Condos. They are easier to fish and if made of pvc almost hook proof. Crappie seem to like vertical cover better than horizontal. If you do not think so look back in Crappie USA tournaments at the results of the team of Moody and Blackburn. They are stake bed experts.

Thats easy! A condo is nothing more than a living quarters for crappie. So is a brush pile. They are one in the same mate.

Brush is cheaper and more availible than PCV.

I prefer brush that has cured and without leaves or needles. Every year at christmas, I drive around town after everyone takes down their tree and pick up all the real trees before the garbage men get them. I let them set all winter, shake all the needles off of them , stand them up right and put them in a five gallon bucket of concrete. They last much longer when standing up.
