Caught these off my dock between 12:30 and 3:30. Caught 9 in the first 30 minutes and it took two and a half hours to get the last 6. Most were around 8 to 12 ft. deep on a chart. 1/16 oz. head and pearl body. As always, had to have a nibble. Nothing to brag about but a few good ones.
Fuzzy, tell Charlie that after you guys left I went back down to the dock and caught the first 9 right where I told him to fish. They were there for a while.
Terribly windy today. Water temp. 42.

Way to go, Mike. I didn't get to fish. Instead, I went with Mary, the two girls and fiance to the mall. Shopping's done, and I came home with a set of automatic inflating suspenders - just like the ones you had at Grenada. Mary's happy - she knows I'm not very good at wearing a life jacket as often as I should. I'm not planning on wearing them myself, though - I'm thinkinig about putting them on my tackle bag. Sure hope those things don't ever go off under my front deck! Hope to see you all soon. If I don't, have a Merry Christmas and a Crappie New year.

Good job Mike. Looks like you got em naile down.

You should wear those suspenders, especially this time of year. With all those clothes on, I am not sure I could get back in the boat if I fell out. You really can"t even tell you have them on. Also a good idea for you to keep a pair attached to your tackle bag. It seems to want to jump overboard without warning! Merry Christmas.Originally Posted by drfishjd
