There are limits being caught there now. These legals are not like the slabbers I hear about being caught down at Toronto or Elk City. I refer to them as just 'Hillsdale legals' kind of slender surf board shaped not the broad sholdered humped backed kind being caught at Toronto. If one is just catching and releasing the thump from a small one can partially feed the fishing addiction.
