Was planning to hit Toronto last weekend.

Lord had different plans for me with the weather and all.

At least the basement is in some semblance of order.

Gotta love this area though. If you don't like the winter weather, just give it a little time. I was out at lunch envying every one of you retired fellers that can take advantage of a day like this.

Called the park ranger office this morning at Toronto. Mostly ice covered but some open water. Ifn the temps stay up and we get some wind,,,, it MIGHT be fishable by Friday. I'll post info as I get it but,,,,,I WANT TO GO THERE REALLY BAD!!!! I have been known to break ice to fish. Even to the point of running circles to break it up, then tilt the Opti Max up and blow it out. I ALWAYS carry a 5 gal. bucket of salt/sand for the ramps. Before backing in, break the ice up so it don't take out your lights and transducer. Watch the wind and break out the ice so that the wind pushes it away from where ya wanna fish. Nothing worse than to have a WHOPPER on and have a iceberg get in your way:D :D :D Anyway,,,,I'm still going at this point!!!! <*)}}}><
