    Default Cold Fronts

After a cold front passes through bass generally do one of two things. They either find deeper water and get lockjaw or move shallow into the thickest cover they can find.
What do Crappie do?? Do Crappie care if a cold front just went through?

They will usually suspend or go to thick cover! Crappie are much more finicky than bass! You can catch 200 the day before a front and struggle the day after.

Yeah, they are usually tough for a few days after a cold front.

Get smaller with your baits and slow down your presentation.
