If you like that, you should see the 1972 14' tri-hull I just picked up. Heck of a buy for my little project...I want to see if I can make a fully outfitted crappie boat for under $1000.

Hmm...maybe I'll do another thread on that, could be kinda fun to keep track of!

Yes Sir, I wonder that a lot. First boat we had was a 15' Eldocraft bathtub,
seats on the little fiberglass "dogboxes" - the whole time I hated it,
wanted one of them bass boats where you sat up high. Now, 25 or so
years later, I'm WANTING to sit low in the boat

Boy, that thing sure did ride rough though - forgot and left the little
mushroom anchor snugged up in the anchormate one day, and it pounded so bad on the way back to the ramp, rope broke and lost the anchor :p
