Tom I wish it was the same weekend that we are going to In to look at the Lund. but its not.
Going to TYLER BOATS In ROCKPORT In unless the boat sells between now and then.
Called the dealer in BULL SHOALS Ar, And the fool told me to sell both of my boats and call back. And then he would give me a quote. Can you believe That. I asked him if he would do that? He did not answer.
Looks like I will have to make a long road trip to find a lund.

Reminds me of some of the stuff I've heard over the years when trying to
buy a different style boat than what somebody wanted to sell me

Years ago, (when I could have come up with the $) I went into the Ranger
dealer and wanted pricing on a 690 fisherman. The dude told me I didn't
need a boat like that around here, and started trying to push a 17' bass
boat he had on the floor off on me. P'd me off so bad I just left.

And my current boat - dealer somewhere in TN asked me about 6 grand
more for the boat than I could have bought it new for in Wisconsin.
Got a price on a Lund onetime too like that, way over what it ought to be.
Looks like we just have to drive to get a boat like we want

Well Old buddy old pal. Sounds like we need to talk..
As my wife is sticking the deep V and don't think she is going to change her mind. LOL
But as of now it will be next fall if not a year from spring time. You know how it is to have to save and sell 2 boats to buy one.
What brands do you sell?
I feel a road Trip coming up. Also what ever boat it is. I will If I have to hire a guide for the day and fish out of the same boat We will be buying. Then decide on it. Not going the route of buying first then the ride again.
