Very nice veryverynice. Did you coax them into the boat with that Bud Light?
Caught a limit with 7 best weighing 6lbs. 10 ozs. 8 to 12 ft. deep. Yellow 1/16 oz. jig head with pearl body. Platinum nibbles. 1 to 2 ft. of visibility. Water temp. 49 to 51 degrees. Caught most of them off my dock fishing over suspended pvc pipe hung over 55 ft. deep water. The rest over brush around the 14 mm.

nice limit you have there. Shure wish we could fish our core of engeneering docks we have in the park close to my house but some guys that used to fish it runied it for every one now no one can fish it. We would get some nice fish from them in the fall and winter

Good job Mike, won't be long and hopefully I'll be back out there after them.

Nice work, Mike. I won't be back down until the weekend after Christmas and you're making me jealous with those nice dock crappie!
I've got a portable fish finder/sonar on my wish list to find a bit more brush on and around our docks. Can't wait to play with that, too. Have a great, Christmas!

Mike, by the way, how deep do you suspend your PVC off of the docks?

I have a lot. Various depths. They are all 5' trees. Some 8' to 13', some 10' to 15', some 15' to 20' and one at 20' to 25'.Originally Posted by LOZcrappie

I will probably be down there the weekend before Christmas and maybe Christmas day. We are headed to Dallas for the Cotton Bowl on the 30th. We will have to get together again and play with that portable sonar unit. If the water clears I'll bring over my underwater camera and we can check out whatever you find with the sonar unit.Originally Posted by LOZcrappie
