Have the Kentucky DNR Crappie Repots ended?

Just curious as to what happened to the crappie study report for Sledd Bay on Kentucky Lake. I have not seen an reports on this new forum.

Last report I saw was on Richard Williams forum on the old crappie.com web site.

Yes, the reports have ended. I talked to Fish and Wildlife biologists last week about that very thing and the fisheries manager said that the battery operated transmiters finally ran out of juice. They were actually only suppose to last for a year and ended up lasting longer than they expected. I asked if they were planning on refitting some crappie with new transmitters to which I didn't get a solid response. That's the department of Fish and Wildlife for you!
