Thanksgiving Day CATFISH 2007

For the first time in many years I didn't hunt Thanksgiving morning :? Them cats have been eating away at me and having a cold front coming through I had a good idea it would be a good morning for fishing. Well, good was and understatment! It was a awesome morning for fishing :grin: Steve (cataholic) and myself were on the river by 6:30 and fishing by 7. After setting up in the first hole 15 minutes went by and rods started dropping. We had a tripple first thing! We found out that there isn't gold at the end of the rainbow but instead there is catfish!!!


Then came a few doubles with one double that should have been another tripple but one rod got hung up in the process.



I have no idea how many fish we caught but I am going to put a guess at between 15 and 20 (it's hard to keep track when catching doubles :lol: )
There were a few in the 40's


And one in the 50's

One more to close out the day before we had to run back for the family events.
