I use the Rapala knife. Very dependable. You can buy at Wal-Mart for under $40.

bp - American Angler makes a model that has an all metal transmission for greater power and longevity. I think it is the MT3 model. I believe it sells for around $45. It has a limited two year warranty.

I use the Mister Twister, sold at Walmart. I've had it 4 year and am on the second set of replacement blades. Filleted a lot of crappie and still going strong.
A bad day of fishing

American Angler has been a good one for me.
I used a Mr Twister for years until I dropped it. Since it lasted so long I bought another but it won't cut hot butter. So I now use an American Angler.

The electric knives consisting of a power handle onto which two separate serrated stainless-steel blades are fitted. These appliances are handy for slicing meats, fruits, vegetables, cakes and breads, and even fancy finger sandwiches. The advantage of an electric knife is less physical effort is required and it is easier to make cleaner slices.
