    Crappie are hitting good at Acton lake. Fish have moved up shallow. Try fishing 1.5 feet under a float around shallow brush.

    I like to fish the west bank, I work the shallow laydowns from the island all the way down to the pic nic table down by the dam. I never sit in one spot long unlesss I find one laydown that is holding a lot of fish.
