Don't think I can make that one. But if you guys happen to pass a guy on 54 hwy. holding to 10' rods and a log chain for a stringer stop and pick me up. I have got the itch to get out there. Should be less than 2 hours drive for me. Where are you guys renting the cabins at? Cross Timbers State park? They have 3 different ones right by the water. $75 on weekends and they sleep 6. Also are you guys fishing the main part of the lake or up the creek arms?

I found some cabins right by Manns creek. Close to ramp. Brand new and only $75 a night on weekends. Sleeps six. Would they be worth a try or is the hospitality worth staying where you have been. Me and a guy from work are going to drive out Sat. to look around. Where is a good place for lunch?

I've been very pleased with the accomodations at Debb's place.....check out Homer's meat market in Toronto they offer lunch specials or Debbie has good food at the bar next to the cabins.

My order is in and approved. I'm looking forward to catching a few of these big toronto slabs.
