Pic of my kids on their first "fishing" trip to the family cabin. We've been there many times before, but this was the first time they got to actually fish it. No crappie's that weekend, but a mess of blue-gills.

They waited patiently for their mom and me. Back of the cabin has a decent slope and a three foot drop off to the water. They know not to go down without us. They also had their plastic practice fish on, too. We left them on when we weren't fishing so that they could practice casting in the backyard at home.

There's some good fishing on the Titabawasee River and Wixom lake in mid-Michigan, where the cabin is at.
