    Default Fried Cabbage

This goes pretty good with some crappie fillets---heat up a frying pan as hot as you can--put in some bacon grease as the pan heats up--slice some cabbage in very thin slices and when pan is hot put cabbage in and cook until the edges turn slightly brown--at this point add some soy sauce and cook for about 5 more minutes then serve--dont know about the calories and carbohydrates but it sure passes the taste test

Comparing fried cabbage, on the "Shoer Gasometer", to pickled eggs (eggs being a 10) I'll guess the cabbage would come in around a 8.

Yea but pickled eggs & good ole fried cabbage with a little sugar sprinkled on it is sure hard to beat.

Guess only thing close is soup beans & fried taters with onions & cornbread :D

Love my fried cabbage! I use bacon instead of grease and cut up a large onion to fry with it. Never tried it with soy sauce but I will.

I know now whats wrong with you ,Knappy. I don't see how you know what it taste like when you swallow it whole? I have never seen you chew up anything! I have seen you eat many times. Remember that hamburger at lake Russell?
