    Black/Char; Red/Char both in GLOW...PINK and YELLOW as back-ups.

This should be an interesting poll/post.

I like them both. each has a time and a place. I like the sliders for longline trolling and casting. The tubes work well for fishing brush and spider rigging. CF

i use blk/cht and junebug/cht a lot. I also like watermelon/cht and caterpillar for bream fishing. I've had luck with sliders esp. on the sliderjighead with the hook t-rigged. it's a staple of my crappie arsenal.
Tubes aren't bad but i've caught more on sliders IME.

I would have to say tubes in the colder water, worked under a bobber for a slower presantation.

I then change over to a slider grub or 2.5 paddle grub in the middle to late spring when the fish are on the move and I can cover more water, faster.

I love the natural colors brim and shad then the firetiger is awesome too.

    Default Tubes

Orange/Chart. Mid South Tackle Super Jig with their 1/16 oz. minnow head jig. Bait Pump helps. I tightline with one rod. Use a slip bobber during the spawn & cast. Season coming to a close soon. Mid 30s now in the morning. Keep my boat in the water and don't want to find it full of snow. Have a 7 month season with no slow down due to water temps.
