    Default Rod storage holders

Have any of you built your own storage racks to store your rods on. I am needing one and am looking for some ideas.
    Thanks for your input.

For your boat or else where? I copied a wood storage one from bps or cabela, I don't remember which. Very easy to build.

how much room do u have to work with, i just used a 1X3 pine board with large cup hooks apaced about 6-7 inches apart along a wall. works great. Just measure up from the floor and screw your pine to the wall at the height that fits your rod eye location, i have my hooks to where they do not touch the eyes on the rods. You can add some tubing to the hooks for protection if wanted.
