If you like pork barbeque or grilling out, you'll love this one. We made this the other day and we couldn't believe how good it turned out. Definitely worth the extra trouble. We skipped the bbq sauce altogether. Instead we used the leftover glaze. One of the best things I've ever made on the grill. Will be doing this one again for sure!

If your ever in Paris Tn. stop at Trollingers meat shop. They have a sauce thats unbelieveable on pork.
