    Default Another site problem?

I received this from one of our new members. I forwarded it to Ed but thought someone else might shed some light on it.

IBNFSHN, I registered and posted 5 times. Now every time I try to post it goes back to the login screen again.

    Default me too

I have this problem sort of with long winded replies or post. It forgets that I am logged in. Then I loose my long story after relogging in.

BINGO! I have the same problem! It seems if I start a new thread there isn't a problem, but if I try to answer someone back it within a thread that is already started, it just locks-up. Lets see how this one does. OK! It worked this time! Good deal. I just went in and editted my own post.

If you check the box that says "Rember Me" in the log-in window and have "Cookies" enabled on your 'puter you shouldn't ever have to log in as long as you don't log out. At least it works that way for me. I never log out - just close the window - and never have to log in unless I delete my "Cookies" cleaning up my 'puter and then I check the Remember Me box when I log back in and I'm good to go until the next time I clean-up.

    Jerry,

I do the same and it works for me. I also put the cookies in my favorites so I'm doubly secure, even when I clean up all the spyware etc.
