    Default Night Fishing ?

Is the fall a good time to night fish. I was kinda under the assumption that it was better in the summer. I am ging to Ky. Lake in a couple of weeks and would be willing to give it a try. I know where there are several brush piles in 12-18 ft of water just off the old creek channel. Would that be a good place to try. The brush is right at the edge of 25ft of water.
Crappie spawning and morels popping up at the same time. What was God thinking when he made that schedule. It's pure torture every spring deciding which to do.

I don't know about your water but here in OKLA. we are fishing some at night and doing real well we had 40 fish last night 2 sandies and 38 crappie. they came out of 18 ft of water suspending between 8and 13 ft around standing timber and stumps. surface temp was 76 deg. good luck and good fishing.

Although most folks night fish in the summer, I think Fall is good as well. Most folks night fish in the summer because other techniques don't work as good during the hot months. Plus that is the most comfortable time for the fisherman to be on the water. Just my $.02.

Fishing at night is good most any season, but it's just so hot in the summer people go at night to beat the heat. Spring, Summer & Fall are all very good.

Just adjust the depth water for the time of year.
