In the Abilene, Texas area the water temp. on Friday was 77 degrees. Three weeks ago after a front it went down to 77 then went back up to 82. Very hot for this time of the year without a significant cold front yet with several 95 degree days, the mornings are cooling off though.

It's been 77 to 79 degrees here in SW Arkansas for a couple weeks now. When it finally starts falling again the bite should improve quite a bit.
