    Default Suspended condos

for all the guys that have made suspended condos, such as with the cut up buckets on a one inch pole, how much flotation is required to keep it upright. will two, one gallon jugs be enough. and will a five gallon bucket half full of concrete keep the condo and jugs down. i'm making some for some deep water for the winter to supplement the condo on the bottom now. thanks. jm

    Thumbs up condos

I use a small fence folded round place bambo in the holes and tie them to the fence then tie it to a block. Put the rope as long as you want it to flote... 30' water 20' rope bambo 10' deep

I use bamboo. Just trying to get someone to tell me how long they will keep air inside of there pockets to stay suspended. What I have done is drill a hole through the base of your stalk and run a rope through them to string them together. About 10 stalks. This fills my boat up pretty good for the trip across the water. Leave about a 10 foot lenght of rope and tie that to a handle of a bucket that has about 20 to 40 pounds of create in it and then toss it in. It stays suspended 10 foot off the bottom.... How long will it stay afloat???? Beats me.

Never thought of suspending them. What an idea!
