    Default Rod Holders for Pontoon

Does anyone know of a good rod holder to mount on the 1" square rails of a Pontoon Boat?

For square rails on a pontoon I would look at DRIFTMASTER!

    I really like these:

They are easy to use and you can easily change position of them.

    Default Driftmaster

DRIFTMASTER HAS 2 BASES THAT WILL WORK ON YOUR PONTOON RAIL. MODEL 216 FOR 3/8 THREADS AND 206 BASE FOR 1/2 INCH THREAD. USE THE 206 FOR "T" BARS THAT CAN HOLD UP TO 4 ROD HODERS. DRIFTMASTER HAS SOME NEW BARS UP TO 8 FEET LONG THAT CAN MOUNT ACROSS THE BACK OF THE BOAT. CHECK OUT DRIFTMASTER.COM.

I used PVC pipe. on a flat board, made it where the pipe would rotate on U shaped brachet and 1/4" bolt. Do alot of trolling on Sardis, Ms.

Thanks for the input. I have Driftmasters on my Bassboat(Crappie boat). The pontoon is something Mama'nm wanted. I may learn to like it, but right now, still trying to get it rigged out. If anyone has any suggestions for rigging a Fishing Pontoon, these would be welcomed.

    Default home made holders

toothpick, here are a couple pictures of my homemade holders. I removed the furniture from my pontoon and use lawn chairs and the front fishing seats. The cooler is a homemade livewell too. Hope this gives you some ideas if you have an older pontoon. If it's new then go with the driftmasters. Ferdi aka Fred
