I have a fishmark 320 and have only owned it for a few months, until now it has preformed great. The bottom left hand corner has gone completely off, nothing on the screen will show up at all. I dont leave it outside in the sun, or in a hot truck, it hasn't been dropped, or any thing else like that to hamper the proformance of the unit. I was wondering if any of y'all have had any problems like this and if so what did you do about it?

SD, never fear. As long as it's less than a year old there's no problem (shouldnt be anyways). Look up Lowrance technical support on the web and get in touch with them (probably by email). They should have you ship your unit in and they'll either fix or replace your old unit, free of charge. Do it quick and you should be back in business in a couple of weeks. I hate it had to happen to you, but as with anything electronic there can be problems with any brands. Atleast as far as I'm concerned you have one of the units that carries one of the best warranties. Good luck with it and keep us posted as to the outcome.

I believe they go by the serial number but I won't swear to that.

I've got one that won't power down. Like SD, it's been taken care of (maybe 3 years old). I called to inquire about a repair, and the customer service guy told me it would be a flat rate of $99.99 no matter what was wrong with it. Needless to say, I didn't send it in.....Heck, you can get'em new for $149.00.

Mine turns itself on , so I just wired a switch in on the power imput so now it's not a problem.

I just had my 320C replaced for the cost of shipping...it was almost 3 years old. It was turning itself on also.

Just curious.......Did they tell you beforehand that they would replace it (for the shipping charges only)? Man, I musta been talking to one of the janitors when I inquired about my problem :rolleyes:
