Oops, files too big.......
Just tryin to see if I can post a pic of one of my jigs.:D
I find resizing them to 640x480 makes a nice posting size. Download and use the excellent free picture program Irfanview. Use irfanview to resize to the above size - Image tab - Resize, then go to the File tab - Save as - name the pic and put it somewhere you can find it on your hard drive. Sign up with photobucket and upload your resized pics. Copy the IMG url below the pictures in photobucket for each pic and just past it in the text of the post.
Let me know if you need any help.
Good things come to those who bait.
Looking forward to seeing them.

Griz is right and I resize all my pics to 640x something or even a little smaller at times. Then I store them at photobucket for posting.

check out these two methods, and see which one you care to use : http://www.crappie.com/gr8vb3/showthread.php?t=41910
And, you might want to look thru this thread, too : http://www.crappie.com/gr8vb3/showth...ighlight=paint where Cane Pole relates how to use your "paint" program to resize/reduce your picture size (if you don't want to use a hosting site, or another resizing program).
There's many different ways to post/store/size pics .... it's all good, and it's up to the individuals to choose the one that's right for them.
You can go to the "Test" forum and try the different methods, or test the one you think is right for you ... then come back here and post your pics, for all to see.
OR ... you can always post a URL link to the picture - regardless of size - and you won't have to resize/reduce your pictures. The only problem with doing it this way, is that dial-up customers/members won't be able to view them as quickly/easily, due to the long download times.

Well, I managed to get this resized, maybe a bit small. My jigs arent as fancy as most on here and take no time at all to tie, but I catch alot of fish on them.
I've gotten some great ideas from looking at some of the jig tiers work here. Thanks for everyone's help! What a great bunch of people.
Nothing wrong with that. My favorite color too.
