    Default Our boat ramp

It may be hard to tell, but this is a picture of the boat ramp. I'm not sure how much the lake is down, but water used to be up to the floating boat pier thing.

That is rough. Logan Martin is way down here too.

21 of 24 days temperatures were 104 degrees or better. You had to find a shady deep water drop off with structure on an outside channel bend to do any good. Did I just give somebody a hint as to where I caught all them fish in the Lakeside Landing area? I hope they save some more for me. I'm going back on Tuesday.

Is that the lake at the bottom of the ramp?

that's just a little puddle.there is still a little water in the lake....not much more though....lol... that little puddle held a ton of small catfish..6 to 10 inch range, my boys and I had a blast catching them and stocking a pond with them. they weren't smart enough to leave....yesterday there were between 150 and 200 floating dead in that pool.

That's bad. It would be a good time for ramp or dock improvements though.

    My exact same thoughts.

I doubt if this lake will ever fully recover. No springs, no wells. They (Corps of Engineering) knew it when they built it. It was never a water shed, it was a money shed. Rolling dice with our tax money.
