Let me try this again. I go on Medicare Dec 1st and have Tricare for life as a backup. Do I need anything else? If I understand everything (ha) I think I'm pretty well covered for medical but I don't want to overlook anything.

I have Medicare A & B plus Tricare For Life and it has covered everything so far. I don't have anything else and don't think you need more. IMHO
