    the boat is home, only at the shop 4 a week. y'all shoulda seen the crap that was in the carbs. the shop took her to the lake and when they came back they said she pops outta the water. minnowman and me are going out at 5 tomorrow to test her out, with our big a**'s in it will be a real test.

    i have had the same problem with mine twice now...the carbs were all gummed up? did they specify any cause? mine was from running at idle speeds messing up the floats..i had one carb that was getting no fuel at all!!

    I Run Seafoam Through My Motors Every Once And Awhile And This Hels Keep The Fuel System Clean An Also Treats The Fuel If It Sits For Awhile. You Can Get It At Any Auto Store

    I got her for free from a friend of mine and she had sat 4 three years prior. there was a bunch of poop in the bowls of the carbs. she would run at half choke, but that was cuz she was starving for fuel, the poop finally broke free and clogged the needle jets on the float.



    I STRONGLY recomend a trip to the shop, if your motor is not getting enuff fuel it could be that its not getting enuff oil either and thats very bad

    I just got a tradin boat last week that had sat for 3 years and it wouldnt open up so i pulled the carbs cleaned em and now she runs like a top....it doesnt take much to gum em up.
