New to the site!

Hello everyone, this is a great site, there is tons of crappie knowledge here. i have spent many hours just reading and looking at all the great pictures here. i am just a minnow compared to all the great crappie legends here, but i hope to learn from yall, and share some too. i fish the LOP in Texas, and also Fork. as i have gotten older, (over 50 now), i have really started to slow down and get back to the fun things i did when i was a kid. crappie fishing with my grandfather is memories still fresh in my mind. i have grandchildren now, and i want to to pass on to them, what i learned when i was young. I am really amazed at how everyone here tries to help others out. you don't see this on many internet sites. I'm also an avid duck hunter and most people don't even dare tell anyone what lake they hunted on if they had a good hunt, much less the area!

jmack, Welcome to the site from down south in Louisiana. There are lots of great people on here with lots of helpful info. It's not like the bass fisherman, its hard to get any info out of them.
