Glad to see they don't have any qualm about catching any fish that swims huh?
Congrats on some fun fishing!
Thanks for all the kind works,

While fishing for crappie Saturday morning, I was somewhat daydreaming when I realized my float has disappeared completely on the third cast of the morning. Suddenly my new rod 'half mooned' and the reel started 'singing'. When the fish jumped, I knew it was 'LBM time' (largemouth bass).
After 'dancing' for about five minutes or so (the fish was a fighter!), I brought the fish in and did a double take when the mouth opened while landing the fish. It was a LBM that measured 18 inches, but since my Lipper tool had been misplaced, I could not weigh that 'bad boy'
After a couple of quick pictures, I swirled the fish in the water for a bit, then watched it swim off (I'm a 'catch and release' guy with bass). Little did I realize then that was how my morning would be; fishing for crappie, but catching nothing but bass :p. Good practice for next week when I head up to Clear Lake for some serious bass fishing :D with a couple of friends who will be doing some filming up there.
Who needs 'wacky' or Texas rigged worms when you have Skip's jigs. Bass seem to love those jigs just as much .
