One of our members, Mark Mitchell, had a heart attack last Saturday and is now back home. Said his blood pressure was high a few days before it but had no idea this was coming. Caught all of us off guard. He had 2 stints put in sometime over the weekend.

Glad your home and feeling better Mark. We will be thinking about you and get well soon buddy.

My wife's cousin, whom I also work with, has been going thru the same thing...High Blood Pressure, heart problems, and several stints.

I don't know you Mark but I have some ticker trouble myself. The docs can keep us ticking forever. All of it is frightening to me but everyday they get better at keeping us in fishing shape. keep your head up, do as your doctor tells you and remember you are still the same man. You just have to learn what that man can do after heart trouble.

update on Mark

He is doing better. My last talk with him he siad he was gong to change some bad habits in his life dealing with eating, exercise, and smoking. Good luck with all of that Mark. Glad your home.

stay away from work for a little while, especially with these 100 degree temps every day.
