    Default Cleaner

I used a cleaner called "Aluminix" that I bought at the local boat dealer. It did a great job with little effort on the pontoons. I sprayed it on, waited a few minutes and the real dark water stains I used a Scotchbright pad and then rinsed it off with a water hose. Hope this helps.

Alumabrite. It's an acid that will eat away the oxidization from the alluminum but will not harm any of your carpet, plastics or vinyl. You can usually get it at any truck accessories store. Make sure wear gloves. Just wet your boat down, spray on the chemical, rinse of the mess, done.

    Default re: aluminum brightener

go to a good NAPA store, they carry an aluminum brightener.
I sprayed it on with a foaming sprayer and let it dwell for like 5 min, was awsome and costs less than the stuff at the boat dealer :D
