First Crappie Today!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is a picture of me and my first Crappie. Well at least the first one when I was trying to catch them!!!!

I was casting an ultra lite spinning rig with # 6 Stren and a 1/8 oz black and char tube jig. I hadn't had any luck so I added a small spinner like a beetle spin has and that worked for him. I got that one crappie, about 10 Bream and I'm not even gonna tell any of you about the bass that I COULDN'T get in.

I was fishing a 12 or so ac. lake on the second oldest hunting club recorded in MS. Think it was started in 1903 as a fox hunting club.

I forgot one thing! The hooks on the jigs were blood red. I feel like this may changed my luck a little?????????
