Default PikeMaster + FishermanJay = Slayday!!!

Got out with litter piker today to go after some panfish. I knew the fishing would be good, but not this good. Didn't even bother keeping track of numbers because it wasn't even funny how many we caught, probably between 600-700 fish...... Mostly Rock Bass, but also a bunch of Crappies. We fishing from about 1pm-7pm. We caught most of the fish on small tubes, but the fish were so hungry they were hitting everything. Even an x-rap did some damage on the little buggers.

Just when my dad came to pick us up he decided to cast a couple times. On his 3rd cast or so he hooks into something and right aways he says "this one feels decent" after a quick battle we land a slabster of a 15 inch crappie. I was so pumped for him, because a 15 incher is a true trophy, although my dad didn't care anymore than if it was a 5 incher!!! I tryed to smack some sense into him and I was explaining how big a 15 incher really is! lol.

Our biggest Rockie of the day was just uner 10 inches, but we had lots in the 9 inch range. My Biggest Crappie was about 12.5 inch and Pikemaster caught one just under 13 inches. What a fun day! here are some photos.....

The quest for PikeMaster's gold continues..........

    Exclamation Nice fish, Jay ...

I don't catch a lot of "Rock Bass", from my usual waters ... but, occasionally have caught some Warmouth of that caliber. They're some fun fish (either one) and good table fare, too.
