cane for condo's

Can anyone put me on some cane I can cut to make some condo's around Norris or east Tn. Maybe around Watts bar. would appreciate any advice. I know there is some on the island below Norris dam, but you can't get to it to harvest any. They prob wouldn't like it anyway.
