Boat project update...

Talked to water cops (TWRA) while at boat show about my project. It was a funny and interesting conversation with a lot of listners. Bottom line is this: The boat does not have to be registered, as it would be considered a water toy. The robot would not have to possess a fishing license as it not human. If the robot (by chance) catches any size fish, it must be extracted by a person having a valid fishing license. No safety devices required. Any type propulsion (motor) can be used. They want pictures....haha

Tom - We should contact Russ (the crappie show guy) and have him do a couple of days fishing with the robot. That might make for interesting T.V.
