Nice slabs Nimrod.Keep up the good work.:D And keep them pics coming i can at least see a crappie that way.Truman lake here in Mo. is 27 feet high so i aint been fishin in awhile
The Crappie have been slow in this hot weather . I have been guidng lots of folks to limits of Catfish daily. Thought I'd try a little jiggin on 7-10-07 and got wet after an hour. I had 5 nice crappie and one cat. The rain fogged up my Camera so picture quailty was poor.
Well tried yesterday(7-12-07) for a while and kept 8 Crappie. I had 4 that were real good, total of the four was 6 lbs. Not monsters but durn good for mid July here.

Boy, they look nice and fat! Them's good eatin' there!
Boy, those are some healthy lookimg slabs. Way to go!
Nice fish for this time of year - The bit is really slow here in upstate NY too. Hoping to get some when we head to the northern adirondacks week after next - the water shouldn't be so close to bathwater temps up there.
Darn it C.A.! You're killin' me! I'm stuck up here in L.R. all week and you're catching the big uns. How high is the lake now?
CATCH A BIG-UN
Hey C.A... nice ones there! You mean that Nimrod ain't up and muddy now? We've got a LOT of rain every day the past several down here.

They look like camel backs compared to the ones I caught, any mine were over 11 inches!
How do you get those pics in the post?
