Default Any word from Duck Creek?

I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about Duck Creek recently.
My wife's been after me to take her over there.
I heard there were quite a few folks fishin' over the past weekend.
    Thanks.

I went down there last monday and got skunked but so did everyone that day,i talked to some locals and they said usually mid march is the time to be there. It is unlike any lake i have ever fished the bottom is totally flat and completly covered in weeds, most of the lake is 5 ft or less and is totally square with several areas of cypress trees. The locals say when they spawn they are easy to catch with alot of fish 2lb and up,i'll be goin back in a few weeks. ps. the water is as clear as a spring.

Bugman, Did they let you use your boat on Duck Creek? They did have a motor rule there at one time.

You can use a 10 hp or less or any size at idle only.It is a few minutes away from wappappello it is on hwy 51 between puxico and arab.We stopped by wapp on our way home and caught a few fish till the wind blew us off the ones we caught were skinny, rough lookin fish is that typical for wapp?
