Looks like the practice sessions are goin well for you and honey...nice quality fish.
Honey and I have been at the lake for a few days doing some catching. Got 23 Saturday and 38 yesterday (Sunday). Had to hunt them down. Found the fishes in 12 to 14 ft. Water temp 83-89 degrees. Was using Ky Lake rig bumping bottom using minnows. Jigs only caught a few fishes all day. Sure was kinda surprised to find the fishes here. I was expecting them to be much deeper this time of the year. Oh well!
Had to come home and get some more supplies. Going back to lake tomorrow for the rest of the week. I am just practicing retirement. Haha

It may take years of practice but I have confidence that you will get it right. Nice looking fish, thats how it goes, just when you think you have them figured out they prove that you don't.

I got the lake to myself (except for a few jet skiers). It don't get to hot for this old man. I am just practicing up for what comes later in life with the heat. Probably sooner now (not later). hahaOriginally Posted by frank lawhead
