    Default nolin lake fishing

Has anyone been fishing for crappie and if so how did you do. Just wanting to know if it would be a good place to have a good shot at catching some.

Reggis, I haven't fished Nolin in a while myself. It is a pretty good crappie lake though. I have a friend who has friends who live on the lake. I spoke with him today and he told me they were still catching some Crappie. They have sank a lot of brush though and know where to catch them right now. The lake should be near summer pool, and heard word it is really clear right now.

Fall should be a good time to try your luck on it.

Be wary of hidden objects in the coves. A friend of mine thought he was in 10 to 12 ft of water and lost 2 blades on his prop on a large underwater rock.
