Made a trip down there today and what a trip. Couldn't beg a Crappie to bite but talk about White Perch. It wasn't at all uncommon to get 12 bites out of 12 casts with artificial bait. Problem was, they were only 3-4 inches long. We managed to get 5 keepers and 2 nice Blue Gill.
