B’n’M poles the rest of the story.

I went fishing yesterday with my B’n’M BGJP112 and caught 37 legal fish and at least three shorts for each legal caught. I fished from 5:30 am to 11:30 am. It was a cloudy day with a light southeast wind. To say the least the glow is still glowing from that experience. A fishing day I hope for each time I go out and for me something that doesn’t happen often enough. My lackluster fishing performance during the crappie spawn this year just makes yesterday’s experience glow that much brighter.

Now for the rest of the story I was fishing for channel cats and the legal length for them is 15 inches at that lake. Here are my notes of legal fish and times. I wonder how many more fish I gave up catching by noting the times and lengths for each legal.

I was using cut bait on a circle hook with 30# PowerPro line. These B’n”M poles are just a hoot to use in this method for cats. I have landed several over 10 pounds and a couple at 15+ pounds fishing with a B’n’M pole.

Kudos to the KDWP for the fish feeders they maintain around the state and wished they could or would maintain more of the feeders.

Now you know the rest of the story that using B’n’M poles can induce endorphin surges, erratic behavior and :D :D :D :D.

Catfish are highly underrated as a gamefish. They're SO fun on light tackle. I have caught lots of 6-10 pounders on rods similar to yours.
