    Default Crappie Habitat Articles

Just finished posting a 3-part column on crappie habitat - both natural and artificial, type and placement, on my website if anyone is interested. Enjoy!

    Default Good articles Darryl....................

The way I look at it is this:

    The bed, that is structure.
    The sheets, that is cover.
Honey don't have headace, it spawn time....

Me and them male fishies have something in common.
We spawn at least once a year.

I keep telling everyone, fish are just like people.
Guess I need to add that some of us just like the fish...

I second Smitty's comment above. I've gone one step further and have copied tham off and put in notebooks that I've marked as tactics, habits, tackle, etc. Your articles are top notch.

    Keep them coming

Good morning gents. Still stuck in the office and rather be on the water. Thanks for the kind words. Honored to contribute. Point others my way when you can and call me sometime, we'll go fishing. Gotta have something to write about, lol. Hope to have more fun, funny and/or touching columns in the future. By the way, I've put a link on my site to register for a free guided trip in honor of Arkansas Game and Fish Commission's "Hooked on Fishing - Not on Drugs" program. If you know of anyone that can make it to Arkansas and wants to take some kids fishing, point them my way.
