sunrise
well, the crankbait bite was hot for me thsi week. I am a teacher and trying to make the most of June while I am off work. Went every day this week so far an ranged anywhere from 26 to 47 keeper fish. Here are some pictures from Tuesday. We brought home 33 crappie, but caught somewhere around 70 fish. Trolling bandits in just about any color to be honest. Every day was a little different with the fish either being on teh chanel edge, or out on the 15 foot flat. Pushing 5 ounce weights with 2 jigs as well and catching nearly as many as the cranks.
Tuesday started with a very slight sprinkle and then a beautiful sunrise and a rainbow. Awesome sight at 5:45 in the morning.

sorry about taking up all the posts, but I like for the pictures to show up without a link. But, here is Bevin with a big fish, and a few pictures of the bigger fish we brought home and one of the saugers we caught on the cranks as well.

Good looking fish David. Now if you can teach Brad how to catch fish like that, he would be a real fisherman. LOL

Great job. I just got a Mad Cow 300 series crank bait in the mail today along with 10 others. How fast were you going and how much line did you have out?
