I liked the ones I had so much I'm sure this one is excellent.
Good things come to those who bait.
Ask Grizz, it's not soft plastic at all. You can push your thumb nail into it a little and it feel sort of soft, but it's tough as nails.Originally Posted by INFUSION
I have no mold and you wouldn't believe how I put it on if I told you, LOL! No Kidding! It's something I came up with through a long and hard research type thing. Called lots of people (Mfg.) and ask lots of questions about what I can do with their products and I make the glow stuff right here at my little tying station.

Yes, those little suckers are tougher than any glow body I've ever seen, brighter and long lasting when charged. From looking at the ones I had I think I know how he makes em, but I don't know what material he uses. I'm not givin away any secrets though. I slapped em during daylight with em, but I still can't seem to get an after dark, real glow related slammer with anything that glows. I need a whole box of em. :D

Yeah Grizz, I think people are missing the boat to only try the Glow Jigs at night and I too have had better luck during the day time. However I have not tried them at night much yet, but will soon. It's been since last Sept I went night fishing and is why I have not used them much at night.
I do remember using some glow jigs in the salt water when I lived near Corpus by a light on a pier and caught lot of trout like that.
Skip would not tell me his recipe for the glow goop either. I tried to get it out of him but he ain't telling.
Put a little flashabou on the sides for lateral lines. One strip only on each side. That would be awesome Skip.
Take care. Isn't there a "Statute of limitations" on keeping your secret on how to make the glow goop? Come on Skip, inquiring minds want to know. I still think it's "Tough as Nails" with some glow powder paint mixed in. Am I getting on the right track?:D Should I try heating up some plastic to a liquid form and then add glow powder paint? The heat from the hot liquid plastic just might cure the powder paint????:D
Maybe it's all the lightning bugs that gave up their glow sacks just to be a part of Skips glow goop? I DON"T KNOW I wish I did though.
I'm going crazy trying to figure it out Skip.
